Sir,

I have been using IDEA CELLULAR Sim Card with number 9911161353 for last five years.

When I may call to above number from other Mobile or Landline Number most of the time the call automatically gets transferred to another number 9411161353 in Mathura Uttar Pradesh.

It leads to unnecessary mental harassment to above mobile user.
As it is repeated so the above user uses indecent remarks for no fault of mine.

I lodged complaint with Idea Cellular customer care number twice but it has not been resolved till date, as the same problem was encountered today also.
Due to this I have to undergo unnecessary mental agony as the fault lies with your network.

I view of above kindly readdress the problem forthwith otherwise I will be constrained to move to appropriate forum for claiming damages for this unnecessary mental torture inflicted by your company besides complaining to consumer court for deficiency in your services.
