The insurance comapny refused to give me claim for my car insurance with the reason that there was a delay in intimation of the claim on account of diwali holidays. This has not been mentioned on the policy issued to me.

While contacting the officila they were of no help of answering my question as to where is the said condition of intimaion mentioned on the policy.

The official were rude and when i said that i file a complain against them at consume forum they were least bother.

Also they have mentioned that next time i would not get any ncb despite i have got the work done from outside on full payments.. These insurance companies beg at the time of renewal and are no where to help when u launch a complain.
