Sir,

I claim insurance for damaging of my Car’s Front glass. The Vendor( Shayam Auto) charged me 4600/- rs.. even passing of more than one month, i did not get any claim.Even i didin not get any status. i wrote Iffco tokio mail also but a auto generated mail like getting every time. Today i got a call & they clear me that you will get your money within 2-3 days.
& they told me that only 2700/- rs app passed only. When i asked him about calculation for calutaing this claim amount,they had no answer.

By a simple calculation if i goes for claim i am getting 2700/- & if i dont go for this they as NO CLAIM BONUS in next renewal i will save around 2000/- rs. Than what i getting?

while i alred paid 4600/-.

when i asked Mr. Sanjeev about Neutral view, then he admitted that fro Front Glass the claim should be 100%.

& Their surveyor says that u will get 100% for glass & 50% for Sealant & rubber .
And 1000-/ file charge.

if i believe on surveyor ,the calculation is 1000/- (File charge) + 2500/- ( supposed to 100% for glass) + …..(accesories)= 4600/- (which i paid actually)

And i came to know that last year NO CLAIMBONUS was 3275/-, which supposed to be increase but i will not get in coming renewal & ihave to pay.

So if i think i am not getting anything, My total loss is 1900/- + No alim bonus of next year.

Sir, Now the hope is with you only. This company making fool to all their consumers.
