Around 4 months back, i swapped my IOB debit card at one shopping store. The transaction of Rs 1600 got declined but amount got debited from my bank account.
In order to get my money back, i called IOB customer care number 50-60 times but didn’t get any resolution from their side. Also, i mailed my concern on several mail ids as well but got the same response. At last, i had to visit the branch & filled up a form there. And then, after 45 days, my money got returned to me.
My colleagues are stuffed with several more instances of such type of IOB.
Please make your services better & at least make your phone lines available for the customers. If you dial 20 times, then 1 time you get a chance to connect with the CCE.
Really annoying………..
