PNR No-6407046612 Date of Journy-16/10/2017 , Seat-3A,B2,23.Bought this ticket on tatkal quota.Charting done.After that around 9.42AM on 16/10/2017 I received the following SMS on my mobile
Train No 13141 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused to passengers is deeply regretted.
I have taken the screen shots of this SMS.
As I have to reach my destination urgently I bought a current available ticket on HWH-NJP shatabdi 12041 with pnr no 6407079995 and from NJP to New Cooch Behar on Saraighat Exp with PNR no. 6307080474.But around 2.30 pm I have checked the running status of 13141 and I saw that train is running normal,not cancelled at all. As the 13141 train ticket is under tatkal quota I am not able to cancel the ticket.Due to misguidance of Rail I have lost Rs.1500/- and I face huge harrasment.Please do justice and refund my money.
