I travell in 12562 swatantra senani superfast express . This train is delay by a time 10 hours 44 minutes. If indian railway is not able to give perfect service and follow time table then it will be closed. Three is no value of time and money of customer. If superfast train is delay by 10 hours 44 minutes then how can passenger reach their destination on right time. Customer travell superfast train to reach their destination on right time. So I humbly requested that understand value if time of customer and give service filled by time time table. water supply is stops in coach no S8. In this condition how can passenger travell easily. If indian railway mention their this type of property then any one is not trust on indian railway. So please improve management quality prevent train to be late. Who gives value of wasted time of customer ?
