The Matter Started:
I got so many call on daily basis from “indiashoppingsites.com” (Mr. Pawan-Executive who are calling) since last 35-40 days regarding “You have selected for our 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize and your name in 30 customers list which all have same thing and you should know very well about our site and prize you can go through www.insiashoppingsites.com/prizes and you should login and purchase a product than you can claim your prize. I have buy a product after so many discussion had with Mr. Pawan and also with the contest team Ms. Somya Thakur who fully engaged in this matter and she told me that you have to trust and need to buy a product than we will sure process you prizes and will provide all the details of prize for which you have nominated.
So I have trusted and buy a product on 1st Feb-2018 (Order No Order ID: 100000922) and payment made through credit card of Rs. 1899/- product- Induction Coocker. After so many follow up on call they have drop a mail when I forced that please give me confirmation about I have ordered:
Date: 01/02/2018
“Dear Customer,

We thank you for shopping with us.

You have placed an order with us (Order ID: 100000922) and the total amount paid for the order is Rs 1899

Below mentioned is the list of products worth MRP Rs.2299 /- ordered by you: –

**there are no additional products or gifts with this offer. Also, you cannot claim for refund and chargeback after the receipt of products.

My courier tracking No. 1342135831 from trackon is not updated at site and not showing any update since 02/02/2018. Kindly check and revert.
Where is the product or how i can track, help for the same.

After that, so many discussion had with Ms Somya Thakur on call I reply on mail:

Dear Ms. Somya,
I would like to remind you that, as discussed your colleague/executive positively told me that you will not have to pay any other amount for this contest (except shop one product for registration and i have buy one product of Rs. 1899/- as per attached mail). You are saying that I have to pay more 10,000/- for nomination for further process, its wrong.
If you are promoting your company then you should not need to do the same thing like hidden formalities. I have already cleared all the things at the time of discussion with you colleague that, ” i will not make any payment or made transaction for the same. I have already buy one of product that is enough for registration as you said.
Kindly make sure, do not try to make any complicated situation please.
I am unable to make any more transaction, if i have win the prize let me know for further please.

I would like to inform you that, I have received the product in damage condition and the induction main part is broken (Front side in middle point broken line) and also at corner.
The product actual price is Rs. 1498/- at other sites after all I have buy from your site of Rs. 1899/- on your behalf or discussion or on your trust.
I have opened very carefully, I am not satisfied with this.
Request you, keep long relationship with your customer as the customer trusted on you. Kindly replace my product as soon as possible.

I have replied dated: 12/02/2018:

As discussed on call with your customer care executive (s), committed to provide tracking details before 4.00pm today for my replaced Induction Coocker, but still not received any tracking details.
On 7th feb-2018, I have informed to you that I have received the damage product and as per your trailing mail 9th feb-18 is the date of update from your side but there was no update.
On 10th feb-18 your executive committed to provide the tracking no by Monday 12th feb-18 but still pending.
So many time I made calls to your executive she has committed to update today any how but no reply or call from for the same.
Kindly replace my damage product as soon as possible if you want to keep longer relationship.
Revert by tomorrow please.

I think, its happening like making fool to the public. You are just trying to sold out damage goods instead of contest, and after all, if you are not going to replace my product then I will take action legally by tomorrow.

Are you replacing the product or not???

You can check that they are not responding since last 7 days on call or mail for any positive response to replacement of product.

So many calls I have made and tried to talk but they not picking up calls and not responding on mail.

I have got cheated from www.indiashoppingsites.com please help for me and more peoples.
All the images of damage products I have sent and after all discussion they said that we have replaced your product and every day they said same thing. But not responding they are now.

The company offered me that you have won the price/nominated for the bajaj pulsar bike and your have to buy a product for further process and if you found damage or other mistake in product you will be able to replace it. But I am continuesly following up they are saying on daily basis that we will provide you tracking no. against replaced product that we have dispatched. But they are saying since last 10 days and they are finally not replacing the damage product that I have received fully damage induction cooker.And they are saying ” you have deposit 10000/- more for further than we will continue your contest. Every staff is behaving like they don’t know about that and every staff is making fully foll and telling lies on daily basis. What the FU**K. The company is very very bad and cheating and collecting money from public.
Every staff is saying call to customer care we have no details, but before that they all were included in this matter.

I have all the evidence and i can proof they are cheating. I have all the calls recorded and damage products video which i have made before opening the product.
