I have been facing an issue on the online store tatacliq. They delivered a defective item and now not picking that up while I l placed the return request on the same day of delivery (24th Jan). I just talked to their customer care team several times but got the same answer that “wait for some days”. I think even after pickup(if they will do) I will not easily get my refund( considering your case). Somebody please help me to get back my money. There should be some imposition of punishment or fine on these kind of websites which do not understand the value of their customers.
