I have ordered a blackberry blazer from jabong on 8th November 2017 order no #171108372922175 form ML courier tracking ID MLJP1259353 and the expected time was 17 Nov 2017 .. they extended to 22 Nov and again extended to 26 Nov .. now they told us to give 48 hours and they will me .. no such call was made .. then I call the customer care again and they told us to give another 24 hours and they will call me but no such call came to me.. so I made a call again but they keep saying the same thing.. then I have cancelled the product but also no update of cancellation .. they email me atlast saying your product is dispatched so can guarantee you for the cancellatoon.. they make false promises and play fraud game.. jabong is a fraud company
