had returned(return id: 31373060) a product(order id: 160630113297397) to Jabong by bluedart(waybill no: 60201846504) and the product is received at their warehouse on 1st of August. They might misplaced the returned product at their end. Now they are hung my refund for last 2 months and everytime I call the only say they are following up this issue and will resolve ASAP. I had already provided them all the required prrof of delivery. My refundable amount is ₹6657 plus ₹250 of the courier charge.
