Jabong – return charge is so high

hi sir/madem,
My name is arun stanley from Ernakulam,kerala.

I have order a pair of shoes and backpack from jabon.I have made the payment online.when the product was delivered backpak was ok but the shoe was not in my size.! used to wear shoe of 9 size but this was not in my size.it seems i have to order 10 or more size.
so i decided to return it.I made a call to jabong. They told me where i have to return these product.Other day i went to DTDC courier this goods.Jabong told that i will be paid only 160rs/per kg.But DTDC told that the goods is 940 gm and it will cost 600rs to courier to jabong office Gurgaon.The price of the shoe was 800rs.I have to pay 600rs to return this 800rs product and jabong will pay back 160/kg.
I called jabong and told them,i took half day leave to return this product,and your return policies are not in write way.Afer some discussion they told me that some other guy from other courier service will collectthe goods from my home.
After a week later one guy from jabong called me and said they can ony give 160rs/kg.I told them about the discussion we had one week before.Then they replied they cant do nothing.Only 160rs/kg can be done.

After two days i mailed regarding about this to jabong and they repalid me this back

This email is in response to your ongoing concern related to reimbursement of the courier charges.

Kindly be informed that as per our company policy we refund courier charges up to a maximum of INR 160 per kilogram for a self send shipments. Kindly follow the link for more information: http://www.jabong.com/support/faq/.

Please do note that we cannot cater any request in against to our company policy. Hence, we would only be able to reimburse the courier charges as per our policy.

This would be considered as a final resolution and your understanding in this regard would be appreciated.

They have the return policy.If the policy is like this What the customers should do.I have paid the whole amount to purchase the product and i couldn’t even able to use that.They have a risk team to find the solutions for the customer complaints.And all the risk is for customers.They may be doing same to many customers.When we ask about customer rights they are making it silly.
Please do necessary action for the same.

Is this needed to register the complaint?What else I have to do.
