Placed an order for Redmi 2 battery on 24.06.17 having order number 261651 against online payment. On 28.06.17, inquired about the despatch details it was informed that product has not been despatched yet. I paid extra amount for express delivery as well. On 28.06.17, 30.06.17 and 01.07.17 I sent mails asking for details of order but no response came from them. On 01.07.17, I called customer care number but most of the time says busy and when ring goes, IVR says they are attending other customers. Waited for 2 hours on hold, but their assistant doesn’t answer. Sent mail asking for refund, again no reply. Kindly initiate action against them for breach of service fraud.
