Had booked 1bhk in bhagtani riyo-ii in december 2013 with 30% down payment with the assurance that the project shall start in appox 18 months and in the event we go for cancellation of booking in case the project is delayed, the refund shall be made with 15% interest.
Had been visiting the office jaycee homes in santacruz number of times in last three years. Every time the rms give a difference picture about commencement of the project.
Had been to the site also but nothing found changing there.
Now they are advising to switch to some other project with much higher rate than i had booked. When i asked for refund, they advised that it may take 3-4 years to pay back the refund.
With the recent news in toi, on fraudulent activity by the promoters and the orders of high court on refund, if any one on the forum can guide, in case any group has been formed for riyo-ii, the modus to join the forum to fight for our rights for refund, shall feel obliged.
