I have purchased a product from jomso worth ₹1890 and due to poor quality of the product i wanted to return it, so i send them the returning mail on 12 February 2018 but no confirmation mail i received and later i emailed them on their various customer service email addresses but the same happned and therefore i cannot courier my product without any confirmation from their side. I am continously trying to contact on their given customer care no. 78178 – 70870 But no body is receiving my calls and its been more then now from filing the return request and according to jomso they have 15 days return policy and therfore very few days are left now.. so please kindly help and do the needfull.
