kaizen infoserve pvt ltd – recharge amount deducted but no top up done

we have called to payzapp customer care for several times more than 20 minutes no response phone not at all picking up.my amount of 50 as been deducted by HDFC bank but no recharge done,how can we get back our money.for Rs.50 we have wasted calling customer care mailing.so give us positive response whether to use this payzapp app or not?

    I have also tried to do top up my mobile by amount got deducted from payzap app but neither top up hapenned nor I got the refund, should we say bad app or bad bank
