Kajari fashion crepe and silk green and magnet embroidered half and half sari

I ordered saree from online shopping site Kajari fashion on 18 Nov 2017 of 1189 rs. Today 25 Nov. I received parcel named as Kajari fashion,246 ,old jidc ,Surat,gujrat Surat 395004 mob no. 9974993156.
But in this packet there was a suit piece instead of saree.
Then I sent mail on that site for refund policy but they didn’t rply yet…
Please sir help me and give punishment to such person or site.I want justice
