Kart My Shop – “Kart My Shop” Company receive payment for Insurance and GST of Gift from me but not give me Gift

I am Resham Singh. I receive a call from “Kart My Shop” for a gift (i.e. Any One from- 1. Samsung / Sony LED TV 32 Inch, 2. Dell/ HP Laptop 3. Samsung J7 Prime Phone 4. LG Washing Machine) on condition that I shopping above Rupees 3000/-. I booked a Bajaj microwave oven (Black 17L) MRP 3800/- on dete 04/10/2017. Order ID is : KMS1079
I done payment through PAYTM by PAYTM Transaction ID: 15250291586 to Mobile No. 9555592430 on date 4.10.2017 Rupees 3800 for Microwave Oven. After that I am receive call from “Kart My Shop” and they tell me about my gift. They Inform me about my Gift that is LED TV 32 Inch (Sony Bravia approx. RS.40000/-) and tell me about submit payment for Insurance of this gift. I am give payment through PAYTM to Mobile No. 9312006265 on date 5.10.2017 Rupees 10999/- for Insurance of the gift (Sony Bravia LED). After that I have not receive any item, phone numbers of company are not connected. I send e-mails to company and i complaint the company. Later I receive call for GST of LED TV. I am again pay amount for GST Rupees 8930/- on date 31.10.2017 in Kart My Shop Bank Account (Bank Account Name is “Enik World Pvt. Ltd.”, which is in Bank of Baroda, Noida branch, Current Account No. is 56200200000031). After many call to Kart My Shop, I have receive Microwave Oven through FlipKart Order ID : OD110742206755755000 on Date 18/11/2017. But I have not receive Gift (which is SONY BRAVIA LED TV 32Inch) till today’s. Now Kart My Shop contact No. 01203107484 and Mobile No. +918505988833 and +918510811133 not connected. I am send many emails and SMS to Kart My Shop but they have not Reply me, Not call me and no send me my Gift Item SONY BRAVIA LED TV 32Inch for this they have receive amount Rupees 10990+8930=19920 from me for Insurance and GST of this item.
Please Help me.
