Sir,

I transferred Rs. 500 to Mr. Sangeeth Raj of Karunya Lottery Agency, Trivandrum for purchase of 3 Kerala Summer Bumper lottery tickets through online. I informed bank details to Sangeeth raj through Whatsapp. But neither he sent tickets nor refund the amount. For information, my amount was sent from ICICI Bank, Nungambakkam Branch,Chennai – 600 034 through IMPS to Mr. Sangeeth Raj’s SBI account. My transaction ref no. is 802914366114 dated 29.01.2018. I had remitted Rs. 450 for 3 summer lottery tickets (3*150=450) + postal charges Rs.50, tottally transferred Rs. 500 to account no. 35996530478 of Mr. Sangeeth Raj, Poonkulam Branch, State Bank of India, Trivandrum.

I received some calls from some persons (as they said from consumer forum) for the solution, but they asked my card details and OTP details which I declined to give information. I suspected their attitude, so I declined to give my debit card information.

My humble request to consumer forum of kerala to take action against Karunya Lottery agency for their fraud through online and to save innocents money.

Please ensure for the refund of My hard earned money Rs. 500/- or 3 kerala summer bumper lottery tickets to my office address : South India Corporation Pvt Ltd, Rani Seethai Hall, 5th Floor, 603, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 006.
