Poor customer care & overcharging even if mistake is not ftom customer

I would like to inform you as one of the customers that I am not happy with the service rendered, on 22nd I had my flight which was supposed to be be from kenya to Bahrain via KQ & gulf air due to the heavy rain I arrived at the airport made a line and I ask one security to allow me in as I had one 1hr to boarding time 2145hrs & I was not allowed,
Once i reached the counter it was still open the lady who was at the counter checked me in printed buggage sticker and still I had 35mnts to boarding time 2225hrs to my suprised she spoke to one of her workmate Valarie and she said, she is not taking me with the luggage & she left.
When I went to customer service desk I was sent to counter NO1 the lady by the name Valentine told me she can change for me the flight now it was 25mnts remaining 2235hrs & she adviced me I will only pay service charge around $40 yet they are the ones taking me here and there.
They sent me where the calculation was to be done & they changed my flight on the second note I paid $140 I was pissed off but because I had no option I paid .
So it came yesterday 23rd my flight should be at 2200hrs I over stayed there until 2335hrs
Plane took off landed late 0715hrs in Dubai & I had 0800hrs flight gulf air the check in counter is closed but being that staff in dubai understand they made a call as I had duty by 1300hrs checked me in and I arrived in Bahrain without my bugagges all this is due to kenya airways poor customer service yet they took money no apology or anything.
Could u kindly look into my case if something can be done as I am not happy the way I was treated and yet I had to pay extra charges.
