Kutchina – Getting no service during warranty period

Hi,

I have installed a Kutchina HOB at my kitchen on Dec-2016 & the product is currently under warranty – I made a call to Kutchina service center on 5 July, 2017 as the HOB Burners damaged fully along with it’s electric auto ignition function. The service person came on the same day and agreed that the Burners & electric auto ignition needs to be changed. From that day to still I have called several times to Kutchina, but the Burners are still not changed. Also the auto ignition function is not replaced at all. Every time Kutchina is asking to wait by saying that the parts are not available and I am unable to use the purchased product from last 2 months.

I thought to write for complaining about it in consumer forum, please can you help me here?
