Dear Team,

I have done the online shopping transaction for purchasing the mobile from Lemall.co.in amounting towards Rs 23000
on 30th Aug 2016

So due to non availablity of my presense at site the ordered item got returned to the seller which was on 5th Sep 2016

After product reaches to the seller i have initiated the refund request for the amount of Rs 23000 but till now i didn’t get the refund the amount

Regarding this i spoke with the LeEco team more than 500 times and Sent 150 mails but they are refunding the amount

Because of the LeEco fraud activity i got suffered in multiple factors ( waste of time, waste of energy and Getting more pressure and its tensioning me lot more )

Please help me to get rid of this issue and stop these kind of business organization from doing business In inda
