I purchased a Lenovo K4 mobile through Amazon on 5th Oct 2016. It developed some silver line on top end of the screen around May, 2017. The lines extended to left and right side. Around same time burn marks developed on the either side towards the upper end of the screen. Phone is working though.

I gave the phone for warranty service in Margao, Goa (address provided by your Lenovo CC). That person kept the phone for sometime and then returned saying Lenovo has stopped his warranty servicing. Then I had to search for another warranty service center (SC). Finally after couple of months Lenovo gave me another service center in Mapusa, Goa. He refused to do warranty service. He said unless he get a written mail from Lenovo, he will not provide warranty service as otherwise he would not get payment for that.

Whole of Sept I have been calling Lenovo and SC to get things done. As required I sent images of phone to Lenovo & SC. Still nothing is done.

What is the way forward for me
