Hi,
I purchased mobile on 7th feb-2017 and delivered to me on 8th Feb-2017 evening.
on 19th feb-2017 mike was not working so on 20 feb I call to care and requested for replacement they told 10 day policy expired so not possible visit service center they will replace, on same day I visited Lenovo showroom they told top left of mobile is damaged you should go for replacement , on 21st feb service center refused to replace it saying flipkart is only who can replace we can provide only service. I tried to convience but flipkart denied for replacement or refund, it was all happen only 12 days.
I need replacement from the flipkart or refund of my money.
