Respected Sir,
As today is Sunday, I went to above store in my mobile on internet & selected Black Leatherette Formal Slipper Shoe with Size 9 & ordered the same giving my address & paid the amount Rs.499 on Phone pay i.e., 8374361411@ybl & got the message for Phone pay & my Bank connected to Phone pay that the amount is deducted from my account & credited to
A M MARKET PLACES PVT LTD. Afterwards I got confirmation, but after some time I got SMS from the company that my order failed & the amount paid to the company is going to revert back to me within 7 working days. Immediately I spoke to the concern company phone number 01244420900 & asked regarding why my order was cancelled. They informed me that it is auto cancellation due to some technical problem. I also asked them that why they are taking 7 working days to refund my amount after cancelling my order, they informed me that it is the company’s rules. All the consumers who are purchasing online from these type of stores are innocent lenders to pay money (loan) for nothing (as order cancelled) for 7 working days. Please go through the matter & kindly do justice to innocent customers like me. Awaiting for your truthful justice, I remain,
