Hi,
I have made a hotel booking for my client on 04/09/2017 but I got 2 reference number for same pereson same information for hotel booking and charged twice. I think it might be a system error coz I have submit the payment only 1 time and you should have a common sense why should I made booking 2 times for same person on same date. After that I have cancelled one booking but I have received a mail that says I can get the refund for Half payment. Kindly note that my client used the hotel booking for reference # – 226031421 so I would like to request you to refund the full payment for Ref # – 226031417 since a system error.
