I am addressing this complain to the person who were in contact with me prior to the booking of the appointment.
Hi Miss Priya, Bharti and Sameena:
Pls see the image that I have put, this is the condition of my hair on the 3rd day after Loreal Shine bond was done. My comments and feedback on the treatment done and fooled (treatment was done on 2.12.17):
1. No shine in the hair at all.
2. The straightening done has immediately changed to my original texture of the hair that is wavy (within 3 days).
3. The frizziness has reduced by 50% but not completely.
4. Softness of the hair that was there fro 2 days has been reduced by 30-40%.

I have raised this issue to the complete team over whatsapp and there is no proper response from Mavenchic team, infact Ms. Sameena said that it would be rectified but the female named bharti who quotes that she has 27 years of experience is very irresponsible and Ms. Priya (owning the home Salon – as told by the employees of Mavenchic) is not in the picture after I shared the issue with them.
I am still waiting for the response for my previous message shared on the page yesterday.
I hope the amount tat I paid Rs. 4500 is justified.
Also the commitment given to me for this treatment was 12-14 months and it’s just been 3 days.. Complete treatment has gone for toss.
