I and my friend purchased health card of 12500 and 14399 respectively. My friend received their Medihealthindia.in card but not received anything apart from that. I have enrolled myself on 28th Feb 2017 with Rs.14399, I have done the payment through credit card on their website. I received their mail as well as phone call that I will be receiving the kit and national insurance policy soon. After sometime they switched off their mobile but for next 2 to 3 days they communicated with mail. Since the end of the second week of march they are not replying any mails.
Can anyone help them in tracking down these goons fraudsters who have looted our hard earned money.
Similarly happend with me also. I visited to search that given add on few days back which is given on the reciept after making the payment through credit card. That adress E 281 Mohan Coprative Industrial Estate is the fake address which is hand written in reciept. I filed the complain in Badarpur Police Station but no responce. Now customer care no is off, mobile no which they used to call on the time of selling that is also off, Address fake and the hospital list which they used on the time of selling the product that is also fake.
Same thing happened with us too
Dear, U have opportunity to track them. Now they are doing same thing under the name of “globalhealthorg.in”. They are selling similar things in same way. They are again saying that you can cancel the policy in 40 days..ur opd will be covered..ur regular medicines will be covered upto 40000. Infact their business is to create a website with similiar name close to any genuine health provider website. Look at the website name “globalhealthorg.in”. This itself look fraud. Now they have put up the address of headoffice in bengluru. In medihealthindia.in it was of mumbai address.
