Metro cash and carry infia private limited
We have bought some products of rs 357 from metro shopping private limited. When we pay the rupees from our credit card their machine could not accept the money from credit card, he was saying that you can give your another credit card then i will give it my card. But their machines also not accept that card than i will pay the money by cash. But after 5,or 10 minutes the money has been also cut from my credit card, when i was telling him about this, the shoping mall manager said that you can contact your bank, after that next that when i was meet with bank manager he can says that this money has been paid by metro cash and carry pvt ltd. When i was contact to manager from last 5 days he can not return my money. I will bought products on 16/04/2018 at 6:00 pm clock. So sir may i request you please take action.
