I placed an order for a Xiaomi charger & data cable worth Rs 598/- on 14/10/2017 on Mi Store Application but while completing the payment I was shown the transaction didn’t go through,but the amount got deducted from my bank account. I repeatedly mailed them complained them & contacted them for the last 20~25 days for the refund but they are so insane that they didn’t bother to refund my amount. Being a customer its harassing for me to communicate regularly with those morons. I have valid proof of the transaction that I received from the bank. So I urge you to look into my case & provide the amount.
