Ordered a product through their website on 4-Dec-2016. Order# 47039. Paid via netbanking.
If checked for order tracking in theor site, it is coming as — “Your order is pending with Indian Customs at the Delhi International Airport” since 20-Dec-2016.
Called their customer care no: 022 -3077 0240 — no response
Mailed their customer care mail id: [email protected] — no response

There’s no way to reach them and my money has gone in drains. I need a refund of my payment.
