I bought a Mitsubishi Pajero 2016 model from Mitsubishi distributor in Dubai . From the first day I received the car there is a sound coming from the rear brakes when the car is reversing . I submitted a complaint to the workshop several times ( more than 6 times since I bought the car ) and they are denying that there is a problem in the brake system . I don’t understand how a company like Mitsubishi accept this . I got information that Mitsubishi have experts from Japan residing in Dubai and I asked the management of service at the distributor level in Dubai to consult the Japanese experts, but unfortunately they refused my request !!
I lost trust in Mitsubishi, although I am a loyal customer since 1982 and this is my 4th Mitsubishi car . I would like to hear from Mitsubishi why the distributor is denying there is a problem in the brakes and why they refuse to consult the Mitsubishi experts to try to solve this problem ?! I hope that somebody from Mitsubishi contact me to explain all the details of the problem .
