I am the owner of the apartment. Booked the apartment in 2007. We wanted to live there with family. We have already paid Rs. 5.17 Lacs. After 10 years also, the unit is not handed over to me. Do not understand the value of hard earned money of people who invested in their project with a trust to get a home. Now, demanding 5.16 Lacs more but there has been no committment on delivery. We visited the site also but there only one person is sitting who has no clue on the delivery. Phone calls are not been answered. Pls. help us to get our hard earned money back with interest. The whole purpose of living there has been shattered.

This is for Unit No T6-302 in the project – ‘Parsvnath Preston, Sonepat’
We draw your attention on the sum of Rs. 5, 17, 227/- already paid by us up to 28.05.08.
As a consumer, we invested in the project only to live in the unit along with parents and was to be completed in 36 months from the start of foundation of the Tower i.e. Max. By May’11).
This just could not happen as till this date, it is not completed and still there is no commitment/assurance on the completion of the same.
