This is absulatley unacceptable, we booked vehicle from above named company for 17/06/2017 for 1 pm , we waited at the spot from 12.30 and informed the driver to bring the vehicle at 1pm unfortunately, driver came at 2.15 pm, we shown him two identity documents 1.
Original passport and driving licence at mentioned on the terms and conditions, driver saw then and also requested Adhar card,
which we don’t have it, because they need 2 form of id’s.
He refused to hand in the vehicle and took the vehicle back.
We spoke to company’s call centre with the problem but unfortunately mylescars are unable to helpline because they don’t own the vehicles and some third party companies organised renting.
We had to cancel the booking, we then raised official complaints with mylescars for full refund and reasonable compensation to their fraudulent policies, unfortunately there is no replies to our 7 emails.
I believe this is fake companies and this unethical behaviour should stop and should be fine
