Order no 1066077-7459866-5017101 – I placed order for Anouk Women Grey Printed Kurta with Churidar & Dupatta and Anouk Women Blue Yoke Design Kurta with Churidar & Dupatta for L size.
On Dec 30th I requested for an exchange with size M
On jan 4th Delivery guy (ph no 9945988631) came with size M Grey kurta , along with Grey kurta he also collected Blue Kurta. He was in spo much hurry that he left without giving return slip. He also did not update exchange status.
After 2 days another delivery guy Ph no 8867285636 came with Blue kurta, when I told him the original L size blue kurta is aleready picked up by first guy he left without giving M sized kurta.
Now Myntra is not providing refund and neither providing the product. The only response I get from customer care is wait 24 hours.
I paid 1254 rs and now neither have the product nor have the money been refunded.
