I had ordered a Libas A-line kurta from Myntra on 5th Jan 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th January. Every time I am calling since 16th they are saying “it will be delivered to me within 48 hours” but I haven’t received the product yet. I have called 11 times, I have spoken to their supervisor, no one could ensure the delivery. They didn’t even bother to inform me that the product might get delayed. Instead once one executive told me that if the product is lost in transit then “we can’t help it… its a human error”. It is ridiculous to call them day after day and get the same answers and no action.
