This complaint is regarding providing the accomodation with bed bugs. My brother has taken the accommodation in Bangalore with nestaway. And it’s been around 2 months that he has raised the issue with them regarding bed bugs . He has initiated mail chain as well as he is calling the customer care since 2 months but they are just saying that they will provide the resolution soon .

He is suffering from rashes on his whole body due to this . But they are not doing anything on it.

It’s been a request that this issue should get resolved asap so that he can do the needful in weekend itself.
