It’s been a long time , to be exact 33 days from the expected date of receipt of the product that I never received the product. So I take the liberty to inform you that please take a step ASAP to get me my product to my doorstep as promised while booking or refund me the amount paid in booking Rs.1325.00.
While I say this, I would also like to inform you that the product has been misplaced to wrong address and when I tried to reach them I have been informed that the package has been received by me (which is absolute bullshit) but in the mean time I have received a confirmation from the seller that the package has been re-booked and forwarded to the promised address in ahmedabad.
So to wind up for you I have paid Rs.1325.00 for a package and didn’t receive it for it’s been over a month. I have attached a copy of the confirmation from the seller side. Now if I don’t receive a convenient reply from your side, I might be forced to move to Consumer Court for furthur convenience.
Please take a step and try for better correspondence.
