NEW MANIPAL BAZAAR, Near Mahadev Paints and Hardware, Opposite Classic Laundry, Laxmindra Nagar, Manipal, Udupi -576104
I bought a second hand Apache bike for Rs. 34,000. The bike was in good condition and transaction was hassle free and very impressive.
However, over six months later, during March 2nd week, around March 13th, I left the bike there to get it sold. New Manipal Bazaar sold to another party and quoted to pay me Rs. 25,000. The representative of the company, Mr Satish, paid Rs. 10,000 by cash on April 3rd, 2017 and promised to transfer remaining Rs. 15,000 by NEFT within 2 days. On persistent calling for 20 days, Mr. Satish stopped picking my calls and Mr. Prashant, another representative said they are unable to find the transaction receipt and stopped picking my calls too.
Thus, Balance amount of RS.15,000 has not been transferred to my account since I received the receipt on April 3rd,2017.
I would be glad to share with consumer court my payment receipt and will be immensely grateful if it can do the needful and help me receive my balance payment.
