I had purchased a box of chocolate on 09-Feb-2018 through this site https://www.noidagiftshop.com/ , due to heavy rush on that day, they cancelled it and upon calling the customer care number : +91 9836155795, they told that it will be auto refunded. But I have not received the amount till today and now they are not answering my calls also.

I am continuously following up since then.

Please look into this matter and help me with process to file complaint against the fraud company.
