SIR,

I HAD ORDERED AN NOKIA MOBILE 1100 MODEL AND PAID RS 945/- ON LINE DATED 01.02.18. I RECEIVED MOBILE ON 03.02.18 VIDE TRACKING ID-1605110731356.
MOBILE DELIVERED IS OF VERY BAD QUALITY. SCREEN IS VERY BAD AND PARTIAL DMAGED. CHARGER IS NOT SUPPORTING CHARGING OF MOBILE. FROM 04.02.18 MOBILE IS IN DEAD CONDITION. IMEI NO OF MOBILE IS 353190/02/210245/5.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK . RESOLVE ON PRIORITY OTHERWISE I HAD TO MOVE CONSUMER COURT.
