I have order makeup brushes through Nykaa and order number is 501525476 and i have made the payment advance. However on website the product was shown as delivered though i have not received the same. I made many complaints on toll free number and mails also. I was given false promises that they are initiating the refund of Rs.350/- but i have not received the refund or any communication from the Company.
