i had bought onida 1.5 ton AC in April 2017 and we have got few problems (Twice gas refilling) within a span of 8 months.On December 22 nd I registered a complaint and spoke with Mr.Tirumurugan Pondy and he promised he would do it.My complain number is17128376380282 .Technician visited and told us gas refilling will be done and still now no work has been carried.I called up Mr.Thirumurugan and he is not picking my call at all..I called up call centre and they told that in their record it showed as if our complaint had been rectified .They asked me to mail escalation desk and I have sent a mail on January 9th and no response from their side also.I registered a complain again on 13th January on emergency basis and my complain number was 18018376380188 and none of them turned up still now. I am calling customer care daily nothing fruitful happened.Kindly register my complaint and do the needful Thanks.
