Hi Sir/Madam, i have booked mobile Redmi note 4 which worth 12,500 INR, the payment has been transferred successfully to the shopper, they have given me order no and tracking no as well, after few days when they said that the order has been cancelled due to supplier problem and confirmed that they will return my money, it’s been 2 month completed no communication is there so far, the tool free no not working, no email respond. As I registered in consumer forum, they advised me to send a letter, that I did , the letter has been came back to me, what should I do as further step, plz advise me. So many people cheated like me by this shop. The shop is located in Culcutta West Bengal
