I have booked Bus ticket from Orange tours & travels for A/C Sleeper coach by paying Rs.3112/- through Goibibo from Bangalore to Hyderabad. As soon as the bus reached Andhra Border bus has been seized because they do not have the permit. How come such irresponsible they are taking the customers on board and taking the bus without road permit. We all have to got down at Andhra border no refund no alternate arrangements were made. I have to take another normal bus by paying another Rs.1000/- more. When I complaint to Orange tours & travels they are saying their management will decide about this and I have called more then 50times but they are not responding properly. I have call to goibibo they are also not responding properly. Please suggest what to do and how to get my refund.
