I had placed the order for the lights 20 days prior to Diwali.
I received the lights 2 days after Diwali and when i told them to pick it and arrange for refund as I don’t need them they have denied to arrange a reverse pick up stating it is not possible.
They want me to send it to them. Do you really think I should spend a penny on you guys even after all the hassles.
Then I placed the order again for Hot Water Electric bottles on the 13 Dec and again the same story as I have not received it till date and as per Tolexo it has been dispatched since 10 days and two times I have received a confirmation call.
When I speak to the , it seems like they are robots with no emotions. Its better to have ,robots hired instead of such stupid people.
Pathetic would also be a better word to describe.
