I have purchased hero duet scooty through paytm on 1 Mar 17 and I have applied a promo code in which customers get 3000 cashback in their ballet within 24 hours of delivery.The item was received by me on the same day.Now 20 days have been passed I have not received any cashback.I have contacted to paytm customer care lot of times every time they told that u(I) will receive your cashback within next 24 hours.I have got a confirmation call from paytm on 16 Mar17 in which they confirmed from me that I have received the item.this time also their representative told the same thing that u(I)will receive cashback within 24 to 48 hours.when I checking my order status it is showing ready for delivery.
