I made an transaction through payzapp Application on March 20th 2017. But it was not transferred to destination account. I contacted customer care, they said like the transaction is failure and amount will be refunded back in 5 working days. After 5 working days I called again they said like amount has not returned from back we will raise an complaint and given me some reference number and said amount will be refunded in2 days. Again today I checked the account to which I transferred the amount but the amount not transferred. So again I called customer care , they are saying like transaction is successful on March 20th itself. I am totally irritated with the way they are responding and they spoke so rudely. Please check and take needful action.
