I am using payzapp and i trying to pay bill for electricity of maharastra state.
Actually the problem is what is farmate of insert into processing cycle in biller registration of utility bill of electricity for maharashtra state.
What is format of processing cycle.
Just started to add new biller msedcl. App not allowing to go forward even after entering processig cycle number.
What number or text is expected?
Same issue I mailed to their customer care. They insist on sending screenshot. But the problem is screenshot doesn't get captured with the error message. I think payzapp is not taking the issue seriously.
My processing cycle for MSEB bill is a single digit.But payzapp doesn’t allow me to add single digit no.So, please suggest

What is valid format to input Processing cycle while registering electricity billler (MSEB).
I have the same query. I am trying to add biller. My Processing cycle is a single digit number (for MSEB) but payzapp does not allow a single digit number to be entered. Also tried using 006 still the app doesnt allow to go forward.
