M/s. Pepperfry (product-Exaust Fan Havells Make)

Sir/Madam
It is intimated that I have bought an Exhaust Fan of Havells make through online from M/s. Pepperfry vide their Invoice No. SV/HR/GGN/17-18/0005136 dated 28.08.2017 which was delivered to me on 30.08.2017 and after receipt of the product I have noticed that the product have manufacturing defect. I have informed M/s. Pepperfry immediately on 30.08.2017and requested them to replace or return the product. I have also informed them through email & chat with the executive of M/s. Pepperfry online also, but I am extremely sorry to say that as on today they have neither returned the product nor replaced with another one and in response suggested me to talk the vendor directly for the concerned issue.
In this connection, I intimate you that I have denied to talk the vendor directly as I have purchased the item through
M/s. Pepperfry only and not from the vendor, hence it’s the responsibility of M/s. Pepperfry. While chatting from the Executive of M/s. Pepperfry he informed me that it’s the return policy of M/s. Pepperfry, but when I gone through the return policy of M/s. Pepperfry I found that in the return policy it is clearly mentioned that the electrical product having any manufacturing defect can be returned subject to fulfillment of the following:
Category Reasons
1. Damaged or Dead on Arrival
2. Manufacturing Defect or Expired Product
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Product.
Reasons
1. No Longer Need the Product
2. Any other Reason
Category Specific Return Terms
Hardware & Electricals Return can be requested within 7days of delivery
For products under warranty – warranty period & terms would apply in case of damage/ defect Cannot be returned
• Clear images required
• Need to retain the original packaging.
• Refund will be processed after pick-up of the product ( pick-up within 3 days )
• Return request will be cancelled if product pick-up is not allowed by customer till 7 days after request
• Refund will be processed only in initial mode of payment

Further, I intimate that I have fulfilled all the required conditions mentioned above and informed M/s. Pepperfry on same day of delivery and also uploaded the three images of the defective product.
In view of above, I request your good-self to kindly intervene in the matter so that I may get justice by replacement of a correct product or refund of the same. I hope, the matter may be taken on priority basis.
