This is with respect to order numbers 302971737 and 302970586. I had placed the aforesaid orders on 2nd April and 1st April respectively. I had duly brought to the notice of the officials of the company that order 302971737 had been placed by mistake as the items in the order were apparently duplicate ones as compared to the order 302970586. Thus I had requested for cancellation and refund of order 302971737. In lieu of the same, though I had received the refund of Rs. 4145, however I never received the refund for the godfather poster, for which I had paid sum of Rs. 739 (paid twice). Significantly I had received a call from their officials on 8th April, wherein she had mentioned that, on account of some error on the end of courier services, they had packed the godfather poster of order 302971737 alongwith 302970586 (vide which I had ordered the exact same poster). It was conveyed that either I will have to receive both the posters, as they are packed in one box, or the both the order with respect to godfather poster will have to be cancelled. I had conveyed that there was no point in receiving the duplicate posters therefore, though I was willing to keep one, I requested her to cancel the order for godfather poster in both the orders. It has now transpired that the status shows that the courier was received by me on 10th april whereas I had never received such courier. Though I have duly received the every other item of order 302970586 however the godfather poster of both the orders was never even attempted to be delivered to me. I have had a word with their officials numerous times (for which i have even the voice recordings of two occasions), however neither have they refunded the amount for both the godfather posters (i.e. Rs. 1478 i.e. 739 for each of them) nor any status report has been mailed to me. I further make it clear that I have CCTV cameras installed at my place to prove that no delivery was ever attempted to or made to me on April 10th. Since I have made several calls and also received calls from their officials, however, I regret to say that even after lapse of considerable period of time no refund has been initiated. Therefore I humbly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount of Rs. 1478 i.e. Rs. 739 each for godfather poster in for both the orders i.e. 302971737 and 302970586.
